I have been working with Greg for months now and have dropped 15 pounds and 4% body fat. Greg has been absolutely amazing. I have worked out most of my adult life but I have never felt better and seen results like I have in the past two months.Training with Greg for 30 minutes a day is what I look forward in my day because of the tremendous sense of accomplishment I feel after our training sessions. The training is not easy, but with a mixture of weight training, plyometric and isometric exercises, I have increased my balance and flexibility which makes me feel young again. I’ve never met a trainer who’s as smart, knowledgeable, patient, and professional as Greg, yet who masterfully pushes you farther than you think you could ever go. Then Greg is the personal trainer for you. I tried everything to get in shape but my interest in other activities was such that I didn’t keep them up. Then I tried kickboxing. I love it! And Greg is the only trainer in Columbus I’ve found that matches the cardio intensity I want. I have nothing but positive things to say about this person/trainer. Within a day of knowing Greg I felt like I had met a friend, a nutritionist, and a trainer all in one. I never feel embarrassed to ask a question or to make a mistake. I have never felt intimidated by him or the other trainers at Flex Fitness. I think Greg is an awesome trainer and I would never consider anyone else. I am in my 30′s, a mom of one, and never played any sports, I really never thought I would be able to do any of the things I am doing now. Greg is concerned about one thing when he is training….. YOU! He not only gives you the exercises but really steps through them with you, gives you wonderful tips on nutrition, makes sure you are comfortable doing the exercise and are doing them correctly. I have been to the gyms where they are just trying to get new clients. You join and get the free consultation usually with the “new” trainer who was just hired. Some exercises performed incorrectly can do more harm than good. At my age having never really worked out I wanted the best. Greg really does have the experience and knowledge to help anyone.
