This routine is very tough. It only takes 10 minutes (if you can fit all the reps withing 10 minutes)
We don’t need any equipment besides your own body and maybe a chair for a set of dips.
Here is a deal: You will perform 10 different body weight exercises at your own pace (keep in mind that the goal is to fit them all within 10 minutes). At the beginning you may not be able to get them all in 10 min or even you will not be able to finish the routine but after few weeks of training you should beat 10 minutes time with no effort.
Here is the routine to follow:
1. 30 body squats
2. 30 diver push-ups
3. 30 squat jumps
4. 30 dips (use chair here)
5. 30 v-ups
6. 30 burpees
7. 30 push-up super mans
8. 30 bicycles
9. 30 high knees
10. 30 ice skaters
