No Power ? No Problem. You Can Still Exercsie, Right?

We had a quite rough weekend in Columbus OH with the wind reaching 70 m/h.

It caused a lot of damage and left over 0,5 mil people without power.

I have never seen wind so strong in my life.

Flex Fitness Studio lost power for 4 days so we could not train our clients in the building but there is always a way if there is a will.

We took our clients (those who could attend) to the nearby park and served them great outdoor, boot camp style workout. For some it was really shocking to find out that working out without any gym equipment can leave you sore for days.

We had blast and despite the fact that there was no power in town our clients felt quite powerful after this little boot camp.
