Are you kidding me? This is awesome example of what can be done with a human body.
Of course it takes some extraordinary talent to do what these two guys do but without training they would not have been even close to where they are now.
Importance of training and consistency.
You can’t just go to the gym once a week or once a month and expect results (other than soreness and pain next day)
You need to plan your training program, stick to it and give it enough time to see if it’s working.
Measurable results are the only way to find out if what you doing gets you closer to your goals.
Train consistently, following the scientific approach to training, measure the progress (body fat, tape measure, dress size etc,) and adjust your training program as needed.
You too can be amazing. It just takes time and effort.
