1. What can I expect from your training program?

Knowledge and experience are the first two words that describe our program.

You will learn about various exercises and their applications so you will never perform them with improper form. (Knowledge)

You will see, hear and feel each and every exercise performed during each training session. (Experience)

You will never get bored with it because unlike fitness tapes, or DVDs each workout is different from the previous one and it’s available for you "live" every day between Monday and Friday.


2. What time of the day do you broadcast your training session?

Each day (MON-FRI) live broadcast of the training session is held at 7 am EST.


3. Can I log in and workout at any other time of the day?

Yes. If you miss morning live session at 7 am you will be able to use the recorded video at any time of the day until next live broadcast. You can log in 24/7 and workout with us anytime and everywhere through our website.


4. What kind of equipment/software do I need to use your program?

You need to have a valid membership on our website with a username and password, a computer with a connection to the Internet and speakers. High speed internet is required to view the broadcast with best quality.

Media Windows Player (your computer should be equipped with is by default). If you don’t have Media Windows Player you can download it here for free.


5. How do I sign up?

Click on the "Sign-up now" button. You can click on the "Sign-up now" button from the top right of any page you may view on our website.

You will be taken to a sign up form where you will provide your information along with your payment.


6. What is the next step after I sign-up?

After you sign up for our service our system will send you a welcome email with your user name and passoword. Now you can start using our program immediately. You can access our ON-DEMAND video of the day or log in to 7 am EST for your live morning training session.


7. I logged in for the first time and don’t see any videos. All I see is a form to fill out.

The very first time you log in to our service you will be asked 7 questions to answer. You will never see this form again after you answer all the questions.

This is to verify your information so we know that the person who signed up for our personal training service is the right customer.

Also for your own protection you will be asked few questions regarding your participation in the program as well as your understanding that you are entering the program at your own risk and that we have encouraged you to consult with your physician prior your participation. You will also have to agree to our liability release waiver.


8. What if I forget my user name/password?

You can retrieve your user name or password by entering your email address at the "Forgot Your Username or Password?" form. It will be e-mailed to your inbox.


9. Do I need to have a PayPal Account?

No, However if you prefer using PayPal we have the option for you to choose this way of payment on our sign-up page. Instead of using your credit card click on PayPal Sign and continue with the sign-up process.


10. Is PayPal free to use?

Yes. You can sign up for a PayPal account for free, and there's no charge to transfer funds from your bank account to your PayPal account.

  2. 2. When you use PayPal to pay online, you provide only your email address.
  3. 3. The merchants/retailers receive payment from PayPal without ever seeing your financial information.

11. How do I cancel my membership on your website?

You can email us at greg@onlinepersonalfitnesstrainers.com and request to cancel your membership. Or...

You can log-in to your PayPal account and stop your subscription. You are in full control of your membership. There are no long term contracts to commit to. Your membership is a month-to-month membership and can be cancelled at any time.


12. My user name/ password don’t work.

Make sure you have correctly spelled your username or password while entering it in the log in form. Please remember, your login form is case sensitive.
